G: Ben Bishop, Tampa Bay Lightning, $15,671

The Lightning bounced back after a very disappointing game one and much of that has to be contributed to Bishop. Even though he has a loss, he’s played pretty well for the whole series. Bishop has stopped 34/38 shots he’s faced and really didn’t receive much support in the first game. Petr Mrazek was super shaky last game and he was pulled. I like Bishop especially at that price point.

C: Pavel Datsyuk, Detroit Red Wings, $13,186

“Mr. Consistency” continues to prove his success in the clutch moments. In game one, Datsyuk scored the only two goals for Detroit, and that was on two shots! Over the past five games dating back to the regular season, Datsyuk has averaged 4.9 fantasy points per game. His ice time is continuing to increase. These are just a few simple reasons why Datsyuk is someone you should consider. I know he’s going against the goalie I like, but if someone scores, I like it to be Pavel.

Value Plays

LW: Josh Bailey, New York Islanders, $8,202

When you look at the Islanders roster, he probably isn’t the first guy that pops out at you as being a reliable fantasy contributor. However, Bailey has at least one assist in all three games in the playoffs. He’s averaging 4.1 fantasy points per game, and is playing on the second line with Frans Nielsen and Kyle Okposo. Bailey is also seeing time on the second PP unit. Those minutes are so key, so look to roster him tonight and moving forward.
